ACHIEVE DREAMS IN THREE EASY STEPS

STEP #1 - DREAM
Have you ever had a dream you thought about constantly considering the pros and cons until you buried it in the dirt?  The secret to dreaming your ideal life, relationship, goals, and outcomes takes a little imagination and giving your mind/spirit free reign to take it to the smallest of details.  It is necessary to write it down, embellish it, give it a time frame for completion, breath it, feel it, and above all get excited about it to the extent it warms you all over to think about it.  You will raise your vibration level doing this which is most important and necessary.  This is the fuel that keeps you fired!

STEP #2 -  PLAN
Now that you wrote your dream down in great detail and to think of it makes you extremely excited and happy, it's time to plan.  If you find you are not that excited about your dream, you need to dream bigger and with more embellishment.  It should seem a bit absurd!  OK you got it.  Now back to planning.  Take the dream and separate it into components, use a timeline, use you intuition to help you figure out what comes first, make a list of action items that reflect steps to the outcome.  Define each step with a written action plan of how to proceed with each step.  If you have trouble figuring out action items for each step in the plan, take some time to meditate, dream some more by letting your mind go free, sleep on it, etc.  Believe it will come to you very quickly.  I like to use a trick called the BAGA.  Decide what you want to achieve, then place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and think the desired outcome.  It works like magic.  Try it on something simple like finding a good parking place - you will be amazed.  Now that you have your steps defined by actions, make a chart that reflects as much excitement as you can think of with graphs, gold stars, gifts to yourself, and anything that comes to mind. Be sure you have all the steps included in your goal.  Don't leave out anything no matter how insignificant.  The universal love likes things spelled out!

STEP #3 - TAKE ACTION
OK, its time to live your dream.  Start with you first action item.  Taking action is the most important part of achieving your outcomes, don't just sit and hope.  After all you have been sitting and hoping most of your life and that hasn't worked.  Action is the key, "knock and the door will be opened to you".  You must knock, that is take action.  You have made this wonderful chart that excites you to think about it.  Start with your first item, do it, and then note it on the chart with whatever image you have chosen.  Congratulate yourself, gift yourself, look in the mirror and say to yourself, "I am proud of you and love you very much".  Immediately work on the next step.  Don't let time elapse, keep your energy high.  Follow until you have achieved all the steps and then take the final step into your dream!

If all this seems a bit daunting, then start with something smaller, like losing five pounds, running that
extra mile, calling that old friend you have been neglecting.  Get a few of these under your belt, then go for a bigger dream until you have convinced yourself it works.  Believing in yourself is the most important step.

Good luck and sweet dreams!

POSITIVE IMAGING AND AFFIRMATION WORKS

Use Positive Imaging and affirmation to help yourself achieve happiness and success in life.
What is a positive affirmation?  The first thing to note is the subconscious mind is a bit limited in conscious language.  It does not recognize future tense, past tense, or even implied negatives.  It is designed to grant you wishes using exacting positive self talk.  For instance you might say, “I am losing weight”, thinking you have given yourself positive affirmation.  Let’s back up and see what you really said.  Is “losing” a positive word?  The words “am losing” indicates a possible future outcome.  Remember it is most important to state your affirmations in the presence tense.   It might be better to phrase your affirmation by stating to yourself in the mirror, “I am beautiful, healthy, slim and in shape”.

Did you know there is a study that indicated thought processes, really energy processes, do have an effect on the physical world.  I strongly urge you to go to Dr. Masaru Emoto’s website and view the link below on the experiments he did on the effects of words on water.  It is simply amazing and substantiates the belief that positive affirmation in the presence tense can affect your physical body and your mind.

Write out some positive affirmations now and post them around your environment where you can see them often.  Say positive loving things to yourself in the mirror every morning and evening.  Let me know how you make out!

Stress is a HABIT!!!

Many of us learned to REACT to everyday stress as if your house was burning down.  I know my family's stress button could be pushed at any moment even for the smallest inconveniences.  Learn how to dim then remove your REACTIVE STRESS BUTTON.  It will reduce anxiety making you happier, live longer, and love life more.

TIP #1 - When a stress occurs, lets say someone pushes your button, take three deep breaths before reacting.  With each breath, ask yourself the following questions.  #1 Will I remember the problem in 5 years?  #2.  How will it affect my sense of balance?  #3.  Is the reaction Serving me or my loved ones? If you can answer NO to  any two, then think of something you really love  and move on.  This will become habit you can build on and save your health too.

Remember REACTIVE stress is a habit you learned, and it is a habit you can break!
