POSITIVE IMAGING AND AFFIRMATION WORKS

Use Positive Imaging and affirmation to help yourself achieve happiness and success in life.
What is a positive affirmation?  The first thing to note is the subconscious mind is a bit limited in conscious language.  It does not recognize future tense, past tense, or even implied negatives.  It is designed to grant you wishes using exacting positive self talk.  For instance you might say, “I am losing weight”, thinking you have given yourself positive affirmation.  Let’s back up and see what you really said.  Is “losing” a positive word?  The words “am losing” indicates a possible future outcome.  Remember it is most important to state your affirmations in the presence tense.   It might be better to phrase your affirmation by stating to yourself in the mirror, “I am beautiful, healthy, slim and in shape”.

Did you know there is a study that indicated thought processes, really energy processes, do have an effect on the physical world.  I strongly urge you to go to Dr. Masaru Emoto’s website and view the link below on the experiments he did on the effects of words on water.  It is simply amazing and substantiates the belief that positive affirmation in the presence tense can affect your physical body and your mind.

Write out some positive affirmations now and post them around your environment where you can see them often.  Say positive loving things to yourself in the mirror every morning and evening.  Let me know how you make out!

Stress is a HABIT!!!

Many of us learned to REACT to everyday stress as if your house was burning down.  I know my family's stress button could be pushed at any moment even for the smallest inconveniences.  Learn how to dim then remove your REACTIVE STRESS BUTTON.  It will reduce anxiety making you happier, live longer, and love life more.

TIP #1 - When a stress occurs, lets say someone pushes your button, take three deep breaths before reacting.  With each breath, ask yourself the following questions.  #1 Will I remember the problem in 5 years?  #2.  How will it affect my sense of balance?  #3.  Is the reaction Serving me or my loved ones? If you can answer NO to  any two, then think of something you really love  and move on.  This will become habit you can build on and save your health too.

Remember REACTIVE stress is a habit you learned, and it is a habit you can break!
